Automata
Living Constructs
Every Automata bears the mark of its maker, their intricate gears and glowing crystals resonating with a heartbeat-like pulse. Though their frames are mechanical, the spark within grants them thought, emotion, and purpose. They are living testaments to the idea that a soul can dwell in steel as surely as in flesh.
Guides of Craft and Art
With senses attuned to creation itself, Automata inspire and uplift artisans, inventors, and mystics alike. Their very presence refines the act of making, guiding mortal hands toward beauty and innovation, ensuring that craft is more than labor—it is legacy.
Resilient Frames
Though delicate in movement, Automata endure with quiet strength. Their bodies heal with surprising efficiency, every whir of gears and shimmer of runes reinforcing the will to carry on. Built to withstand time itself, they recover swiftly from strain and adapt to hardship with steady resolve.
Calculating Wisdom
Designed with logic yet imbued with spirit, Automata excel at clarity of thought. They analyze, process, and adapt with seamless grace, offering guidance in both mortal struggles and esoteric mysteries. To walk beside an Automata is to share in the harmony of artifice and soul.
Darkvision
Your mechanical optics allow you to see in low light. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Inspiration Matrix
Your internal guidance systems help optimize the efforts of others. Once per long rest, when an ally within 30 feet makes an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw, you can use your reaction to grant them advantage. You may also expend a 1st-level or higher spell slot to use this feature again.
Reinforced Frame
Your constructed body is built to endure. When you spend Hit Dice during a short rest, you regain additional hit points equal to your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus.
Constructed Mind
Your semi-mechanical nature shields you from mental influence. You gain proficiency in Wisdom saving throws. In addition, you have advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.
